NFC Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 432 ITI Posts

Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC), Hyderabad, has released the NFC Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification for 432 tentative ITI Trade Apprentice vacancies. Eligible 10th-pass and ITI-qualified candidates can apply online through the NAPS portal by 16 September 2026.

The vacancy count is tentative and may increase or decrease depending on NFC’s operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have passed Class 10/SSC and ITI in the relevant trade. Candidates should carefully select only the trade matching their ITI qualification while applying on the NAPS portal.

Age Limit

As on the closing date, 16 September 2026:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum age for General category: 25 years
  • Maximum age for OBC candidates: 28 years
  • Maximum age for SC/ST candidates: 30 years

Reservation will be applied under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992. SC, ST and OBC-NCL candidates must declare their category during NAPS registration; otherwise, they may be considered under the General category.

Who Cannot Apply?

The following candidates are not eligible:

  • Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in a government, PSU, or private organisation.
  • Candidates holding a postgraduate qualification.
  • Applicants who do not possess the prescribed 10th and ITI qualification in the applicable trade.

How to Apply Through NAPS

Candidates must apply only through the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme portal. No offline application process has been mentioned in the notification.

  1. Visit the official NAPS portal at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
  2. Complete candidate registration using an active email ID and required personal, educational, and ITI details.
  3. Log in with the registered email ID and password.
  4. Open Apprenticeship Opportunities.
  5. Use the “Search by Establishment Name” option.
  6. Search for Nuclear Fuel Complex-E11153600013.
  7. Select the eligible trade displayed for NFC Hyderabad.
  8. Click the Apply button and upload the required documents.
  9. Review all details and submit the application before 16 September 2026.

Applicants should keep their registered email address active because NFC will communicate walk-in interview-related information to shortlisted candidates through email.

Documents and Selection

NFC will scrutinise applications and select candidates through a walk-in interview. The interview date and further instructions will be shared with selected applicants by email.

At the time of document verification or joining, candidates should be prepared with:

  • ITI marks memo and National Trade Certificate
  • Caste certificate and disability certificate, if applicable
  • Aadhaar card
  • Medical/health insurance proof

  • Two recent passport-size photographs

Selected candidates must also submit a medical fitness certificate issued by an Assistant Civil Surgeon or Civil Surgeon at the time of joining. Accommodation may be provided, subject to availability of NFC quarters.
